The LE RENAN building underwent a major technical renovation designed to improve occupant comfort, optimize energy consumption and meet the objectives of the French BACS decree.
After 10 months of work carried out on an occupied site, the teams successfully met the challenge of modernizing the building’s systems while ensuring service continuity:
