Bältis continues its expansion with the opening of its fourth store in Toulouse!

At Ocellis, we are proud to support Bältis, a premium artisanal ice cream brand, with this new location in the heart of the Pink City.

Following the success of its Paris stores, the brand is continuing its development with a concept showcasing artisanal ice creams crafted from recipes created with the expertise of Jean-Thomas Schneider, Meilleur Ouvrier de France.

For this new store, our teams are delivering the complete transformation of the premises through a technically demanding project, including:

• Full strip-out of the existing space

• Enlargement of the floor opening, including underpinning and structural load transfer works

• Installation of a goods lift

• Complete fit-out of the space to create an environment that matches the experience offered by the brand

This project perfectly illustrates our ability to support ambitious retail concepts by combining technical constraints, aesthetic requirements and a demanding project schedule.
