  • Phase 1: Support for startup

    Presence at delivery, visits with teams, explanation of space and equipment usage, support to general services / HR / IT for the moving-in phase.

  • Phase 2: Post-occupancy review

    A few weeks or months after installation, conducting a feedback session: discussions with users, analysis of usage, identification of irritants, initial adjustments.



  • Phase 3: Adjustments & minor works

    Implementation of necessary adaptations (furniture, partitions, space reservations, comfort, signage, etc.) to refine the operation of the premises under real conditions.

  • Ongoing support

    Implementation of tailored or contractual support: regular visits, targeted interventions, advice on future developments, integration of your future space planning projects into a comprehensive vision of your spaces.
