- Customer personal data: duration of the contractual relationship and applicable prescription period;
- Prospect personal data: 3 years after the last contact;
- User connection data: 1 year after the last connection;
- Candidate data: duration necessary for processing the application.
All reasonable measures are taken to ensure that the stored data is accurate and that inaccurate data is erased or rectified.
5. Data security
Ocellis pays particular attention to the confidentiality and security of the personal data you entrust to it.
Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data against any alteration, loss, destruction, or unauthorized access.
In case of a proven breach likely to pose a high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subjects, Ocellis commits to informing the competent supervisory authority (CNIL) and, if applicable, the affected individuals.
