About this project
In the heart of Paris, Ocellis supported Gecina in transforming a residential building into coworking spaces, a gym, and a reception area across two duplex levels.
On the top floors, at R+16 and R+17, we envisioned bright, modern, and modular spaces offering breathtaking views and a unique setting to work, meet, or recharge.
This project illustrates the potential for space transformation to meet new uses and the flexibility expectations of employees and occupants.
