Dating from 2005, the Trema building was occupied for many years by the same tenant. Specialist in value-added real estate investment in Île-de-France, Arizona entrusted Ocellis with the project to depersonalize the lobby and refresh the communal spaces to suit current tastes.
Objectives: to restore a dynamic and convivial atmosphere aligned with the organizational needs of future tenants and meeting the new trends sought by upcoming user teams.
