Ocellis Group opens its capital to accelerate its growth

Founded in 1999 by Christophe Pinot, Ocellis Group is one of the leading players in office fit-out and climate engineering of tertiary spaces in France. On this primary operation, Turenne Group through its Emergence fund partners with the reorganization of the capital around the founder and its key executives, Romuald Alvès Cunha, Grégory Chappuis, and Tony Bernardo, to support their strong growth.

Offering turnkey services as a general contractor, Ocellis renovates, designs, and arranges all types of professional spaces in a design & build mode. With excellent construction expertise, the group operates for both owner clients (Gecina, Monceau Assurances, etc.) and users (Talend, Apave, etc.).

Since 2020, the group has expanded its offering by providing climate engineering services to its clients: design, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and air treatment systems through its subsidiary Ocellis Energies. The integration of this technical expertise enhances Ocellis's attractiveness through the complementarity of its services and enables it to address clients' thermal performance and air quality issues.

Ocellis aims to strengthen its presence across the territory to support its clients in the transformation of working modes (flex-office, digitalization of spaces) and in responding to key societal challenges (environmental impact and energy performance of spaces).

To support this ambition, the company opened two regional offices in Lyon and Bordeaux in 2021 and plans to continue its national network in the coming years. Finally, a new division, Retail & Hospitality, has also been created to address the specific needs of these sectors.

In strong growth and previously self-funded, the group employs around sixty employees and closed 2021 with approximately €36 million in revenue (up 18%).

In this operation, Turenne Group deploys the 11th investment of its Emergence fund dedicated to growth LBOs of B2B services and digital companies. This new investment was made possible by the recent additional fundraising (July 2021) of the Emergence FPCI with the Five Arrows fund, managed by Rothschild & Cie.
