About this project

Positioned in the very promising renewable energy market, VSB is experiencing strong growth in each of the territories where it has established itself. The company has thus doubled its workforce in France over two years from 90 to 140 employees and aims for 250 by 2025. Not escaping this ambitious HR policy, the Paris agency has tripled its staff and invested in new spaces designed and fitted out by Ocellis.    

Although existing for 20 years, VSB energies nouvelles operates like a start-up to help its clients respond to the increasingly crucial challenges of the energy transition. For Yann Thébault, who manages the company’s development division in the northern third of France, “the very nature of our activity implies that we are equally vigilant about expertise-do and interpersonal skills. Of course, financing and constructing new energy structures at the heart of the territories requires very specialized technical skills. But our desire to involve partners, elected officials, and clients in a virtuous environmental process involves us in a relationship where human aspects take precedence at every stage of the project. It is very concretely the understanding of this positioning by Ocellis and notably by Jacques Lafin, our dedicated project manager, that convinced us. Favoring the same sense of listening and the relevance of proposals, their team managed to take us into a decor creating harmony between a Haussmannian building, Eiffel steel structure, and exposed stone for premises favored by our young employees as a place where it is just as pleasant to live as to work. We were all impressed by the responsiveness of the Ocellis team and especially by the speed with which all the work – false ceilings, electrical work, partitioning, creation of a kitchen space, decoration, and furniture selection – was completed last spring. A neo-industrial style expressed in open space and private areas that so well reflects our company spirit and the dynamic that drives it that we adopted it for the layout of our Reims office, which Ocellis has just delivered to us.”
