This two-phase project illustrates a transformation designed to reveal the full potential of a real estate asset. The first phase, focused on enhancing the site ahead of its commercialisation, involved a complete strip-out followed by a comprehensive refurbishment of the spaces, including ceilings, flooring, HVAC systems, sanitary facilities and more. This essential intervention helped restore the site’s appeal, functionality and compliance.
The second phase, carried out for Orson in co-design with Studio Studiopi, Ingrid Mercy, made it possible to shape a bespoke space fully aligned with the future occupant’s needs. General contracting works, interior fit-out, custom joinery and aluminium partitions gave rise to a carefully designed, high-quality environment adapted to new ways of working.
