About this project

Transformation of a closed-plan office floor into an open, collaborative workspace in the heart of the Euronantes business district. A project balancing technical constraints (ceiling radiant panels, varying ceiling heights, reuse of existing partitions) with aesthetic requirements, delivering modern, functional spaces that reflect Kaufman & Broad's brand identity.

Ocellis provided end-to-end support throughout the project: 3D design, furniture selection, site supervision and installation.
