About this project

Following the evolution of its shareholding, Herta left the iconic Nestlé site in Noisiel to settle in a completely new urban environment. A significant change for the teams, who are very attached to their former green workspace.

Chosen at the end of a call for tenders, we captured the essence of Herta's culture — "the taste of simple things" — to propose sober, warm, and functional layouts. Three internal working groups were mobilized from the design phase to co-imagine spaces aligned with the real expectations of future users.

Delivered a day early, the new headquarters spans 1,550 m² and accommodates up to 140 employees, mostly in a flexible office setup. From the first weeks of occupancy, feedback has been unanimously positive. Our listening, technical expertise, and support — well beyond the delivery — have been praised at all levels.
