About this project

The new Euro Cargo Rail headquarters in Aubervilliers faced multiple challenges: co-activity construction with the landlord, reduced surface area of 1,000 m2 compared to the previous premises, specific acoustic requirements, and reassuring staff.

A sensitive project carried out with rigor and commitment.

Far from stylistic effects, Ocellis captured the client's industrial culture to offer concrete solutions: tailored soundproofing for speaker use, precise air conditioning, ingenious spatial organization.

The entire project was designed in constant dialogue with the internal teams.
