About this project
On the Blackpearl project, we reimagined the interior spaces to give them a distinctive style, in harmony with the building's exterior architecture. From the reception hall to the office areas, each space was upgraded to provide an elegant and intuitive experience, conducive to user well-being.
We transformed the 8th floor into a warm and modular Business Center, blending traditional office space with flexible coworking, and refreshed the private areas to meet new usage patterns. Thanks to a sustainable approach, combining comfortable materials, acoustic optimization, and air quality, the building aims for BREEAM-in-use certification while reducing its environmental impact.
