About this project

Less space, more quality of life
To support the evolution of its uses and optimize its operating costs, Anafagc called on Ocellis to orchestrate its relocation and the layout of its new headquarters.<\/p>

Objective: halve the surface area without compromising comfort or efficiency. Out with the old premises from the 18th arrondissement: the 120 Parisian employees are moving into a renovated building over 6 floors with a rooftop, in an environment redesigned around well-being, flexibility, and collaboration. In partnership with the client’s architect, Ocellis provided rigorous management, bright decoration, contemporary furniture… and a turnkey relocation management. A comprehensive support praised by management, which describes it as a true “leap forward”.<\/p>
